Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account dashboard at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we will pro-rate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Yes. Both the Professional and Enterprise plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will receive a reminder email two days before the trial ends so you can decide whether to continue.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interac e-Transfer. Enterprise customers may also pay by invoice with net-30 terms. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partner.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at a 20 % discount compared to the monthly rate. For example, the Professional plan drops from $19 per month to an effective rate of $15 per month, totalling $180 for the year. The Enterprise plan drops from $49 to $39 per month, totalling $468 for the year.
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes up to 10 seats. Additional seats can be purchased in packs of five for $20 per month per pack. Contact our sales team for volume pricing if you need more than 50 seats.
